Working with a trusted coach is an effective way to develop deeper self-awareness and create the opportunities to practice adaptive leadership styles in readiness for new and challenging roles. By reflecting on these new experiences, you create a purposeful narrative about who you are and how to achieve your goals.

Our coaching approach creates a powerful shift in thinking and behaviour that helps clients become more centred, resourceful and empowered especially in fast and high-pressurised environments. We work with a style that builds relationships quickly (virtually and face-to-face) and provide the space for exploration and growth in thinking - from a growth mindset perspective and strength-based approach.

We often use psychometrics to understand the client’s mental and emotional models and the extent to which these are applied to realise true potential in the business’s context.  As a result, we prioritise the need for clients to build relationships that go beyond their personal needs, and in doing so they become more accessible to provide direction. The team’s performance is enhanced as their temperament and work techniques evolve. This results in role modelling new behaviours that inspires everyone towards a meaningful purpose.

We have supported line managers and senior management teams (with women in leadership) to:

  • embrace change and build engagement to develop the application of emotional intelligence

  • improve resilience and wellbeing through workable strategies that can be strengthened over time

  • support transition back to work or entering into roles to reaffirm self-confidence and motivation for organisation-wide engagement

  • navigate through complexity and ambiguity, enhancing personal influence and preparedness

  • establish and embed peer-to-peer coaching that helps the team to ‘get better at getting better’ and a care for succession.
