This workshop explores the psychology of resilience, looking at the key components central to resilience and provide practical tools and techniques to integrate into your routine to improve and maintain resilience through change.

Individuals will gain a deeper sense of self, improved self-confidence, sense of control and increased capacity for change.

mindfulness

Our mindfulness workshops are designed to help individuals experience mindfulness in practice, and understand how mindfulness is used to manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges whilst observing the effects of calm, clarity and focus.

These workshops includes a variety of mindfulness practices to integrate into your daily routine.

yoga

Our yoga classes consist of simple but dynamic techniques to support the mind and body through daily challenges, demands and pressures of life.

Individuals are guided through a series of movements, breathing techniques and mental focus to balance the glandular system, strengthen nervous and immune system, removing blockages and dysfunctions from the body caused by stress. This transformational practice will deepen self awareness, improve physical and emotional wellbeing and develop mental caliber.
